Parker Students are thankful for their teachers! 🦃
This week, Mrs. Mickelson's Digital Media class created teacher shout-out posts for some of their favorite teachers. They are learning design skills and using creativity to build various publications for Parker High School. This will ...provide an opportunity to take the Adobe Photoshop Certification Exam at the end of the semester.
These students are now, during the Thanksgiving Holiday, and always, truly thankful for their teachers. 💚💛
Physical education students had the opportunity to paricipate in a gymnastics field day for classes last Friday. Students were able to try out various skills on the tumble floor, fault, balance beams and uneven bars with the guidance and spot support of Parker Gymnasts. Students had fun and already... asked when they would get the opportunity again to "show their skills". Thank you, Parker gymnasts for spending the day with us, teaching how to safely execute the skills you utilize regularly during the season!
Save the cooking for turkey day! Grab dinner from West Court Street Culver's tonight. Culver's will donate 15% of all sales 4-8 PM back the Parker PTSA to support Parker students and staff! 🍔🍦
The Barn (Parker's School Store) will be OPEN tomorrow night, Tuesday, November 25, during the Parker/Craig Girls Basketball Game starting at 7:15.
The Barn has also been working to help support Youth Homelessness Awareness Month. A Slushy Day was held on November 12, and they have... been hosting a Laundry Supply Drive.
Please consider supporting both The Barn and the Laundry Supply Drive tomorrow night at the game. A table will be available for donations. There is also a QR code to use Venmo or Pay Pal to make a cash donation.
